Every child experiences emotional or behavioral problems from time to time. When these issues interfere with day-to-day functions, Shadow Mountain is here to help. Shadow Mountain takes a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to behavioral health services, ranging from the most intensive inpatient programs to outpatient therapy services. Importance is placed on the child and parents to provide them with the tools to be successful.
Services:
- Acute hospitalization treatment for children and adolescents ages 4-17. These programs are designed for the child who is in immediate danger to self and/or others or exhibits severe emotional disturbances. The Children's Acute Program (ages 4-12) is separate from the Adolescent Acute Program (ages 13-17).
- Residential treatment services include:
- Children's residential treatment program (ages 4-12)
- Adolescent girls residential treatment program (ages 13-17)
- Adolescent boys residential treatment program (ages 13-17)
- Native American tradition adolescent boys residential treatment program (ages 13-17)
- Sexually aggressive adolescent boys residential treatment program (ages 13-17)
